(Doug Thompson/PopStroke)ORLANDO, Fla. — PopStroke, the golf and casual dining concept, continued its Florida expansion with a groundbreaking on a fourth location in Waterford Lakes. Designed by Tiger Woods and his TGR Design company, PopStroke will have two 18-hole putting courses, outdoor gaming, open-air restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a playground for children. Company founder Greg Bartoli said Orlando is a perfect place to expand operations.
