Orange County’s septic-to-sewer work on Pine Hills Road is entering its final stage, with resurfacing expected to last about three weeks, though additional roadway improvements remain underway.

Apopka is spending $700,000 to repair a widening collapse on Wolf Creek Court, where residents say years of sinking ground could be getting worse.

Residents along Fern Creek Avenue say constant construction is already disrupting daily life, and a $274 million OUC power project designed to strengthen the grid could bring more road closures and detours through 2029.

SR 408 will be closed overnight from Monday, Oct. 25 to Thursday, Oct. 28 due to construction.
