A crash on North State Road 417 in Orange County has all northbound lanes and all but one southbound lane blocked, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.

Two people were rescued from their vehicles Tuesday after a crash on State Road 417, according to Orange County Fire rescue. Fire rescue officials said two patients were extricated from a crash involving two cars with heavy entrapment. Both patients were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in unknown condition.
