ORLANDO, Fla. — Universal Orlando Resort is looking to hire hospitality workers and the theme park giant believes it doesn’t need to look far to tap into the talent pool. On Wednesday, Universal is hosting a job fair specifically for students and alumni of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. UCF said Universal Orlando Resort currently employs about 100 Rosen College students and alumni at its three Central Florida theme parks. A fourth theme park, Universal’s Epic Universe, is under construction less than a mile from the Rosen College campus. ORLANDO, Fla. — Universal Orlando announced Friday that it will no longer require guests who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to wear face masks indoors or outdoors. The change is set to go into effect on Saturday, Feb. 12. In December, the theme park went back to requiring masks indoors for guests and workers regardless of vaccination status.
