DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A major Daytona Beach intersection is shut down because of a crash involving several cars, according to Daytona Beach Fire Department.
The crash happened at LPGA Boulevard and International Speedway Boulevard.

Fire and police officials say several people were hurt and crews are working to care for patients.
Traffic at that intersection, meanwhile is being diverted, and police are asking travelers in the area to seek alternate routes.
