Man dies after shooting at Ocala convenience store, police say 45-year-old man shot at King’s Food Mart, police say
MARION COUNTY, Fla. – A shooting at an Ocala convenience store has turned deadly, and a suspect is now in custody, according to the police department.
Ocala police said a 45-year-old man was found shot at King’s Food Mart, located at Southwest Fort King Street and Martin Luther King Avenue. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police initially responded to the scene Tuesday after reports of a shooting at the store. Police said a suspect has since been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting.
