Crash causes delays on westbound State Road 408 in east Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving several vehicles along State Road 408 in east Orange County.

News 6 is still working to get details, but images from Florida’s 511 traffic website showed several vehicles, along with emergency vehicles, blocking some westbound lanes of the 408 just past the Chickasaw Trail exit.

At least one vehicle has significant front-end damage.

Most of the road is now back open, but drivers should expect delays in that area as troopers continue to investigate. At least one lane is still blocked.

News 6 is also working to learn if anyone was hurt in the crash and what caused it.
