OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A couple of large stretches of Florida’s Turnpike are slated to be fully closed down amid construction efforts on the highway this week, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
In a release, FDOT officials said that the closures will allow crews to install bridge beams for the Neptune Bridge over Florida’s Turnpike. The work comes as part of Osceola County’s Neptune Road Widening and Improvement Project.
