VIERA, Fla. – A Brevard County teen was killed in a crash, according to News 6 partner Florida Today.
Brian Moss, who played football at Viera High School, died in the wreck, which his football team revealed on Christmas Eve.
Details about the crash, including where it happened, have not been released, but Florida Today reported that “the Moss family was in a car accident and tragically, Brian Moss has passed away due to injuries he sustained.”
A GoFundMe for his parents and siblings has raised over $50,000.
While Florida Today reports that the boy was 16 years old, the GoFundMe states that Moss was 15.
A service for Moss is scheduled for Jan. 3.
