ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was killed and a woman was injured Sunday night in a three-vehicle crash on Aloma Avenue in Orange County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 9:40 p.m. on Aloma Avenue near Palmetto Avenue.
According to an FHP crash report, a 25-year-old Winter Park man driving a 1999 Honda CRV was heading east on Aloma Avenue and went through a red light, hitting the front of a 2024 Toyota RAV-4 that was turning through the intersection.
The impact caused the Toyota RAV-4 to also hit a 2018 Toyota Corolla that was attempting a turn, troopers said.

The Winter Park man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. According to the crash report, the man was not wearing a seat belt.
The Toyota RAV-4 driver, a 24-year-old Orlando woman, had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The other driver, a 21-year-old Davenport man, was uninjured.
An investigation is ongoing.
