ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – A school crossing guard was struck by a car Thursday morning near an elementary school in Rockledge, according to police.
The wreck happened near Golfview Elementary Magnet School.
Rockledge police said the crossing guard was taken to the hospital.
Brevard Public Schools confirmed a crossing guard was struck but did not provide other details.
No other information was released.
