CASSELBERRY, Fla. – A driver was cited for reckless driving after a “road‑rage" confrontation ended with his vehicle crashing into a nearby business, according to Casselberry police.
Police and fire officials said the incident happened around 2:45 p.m. and began when the man became angry at another motorist, got out of his vehicle and struck the other driver’s car with his hand. He then returned to his own vehicle and accelerated too quickly, causing it to fishtail and slam into the 5 Day Cabinets building located at 3580 South Highway 17-92.
According to Casselberry police, the unidentified driver was the only person injured.
