New board of former Reedy Creek district discusses deal made with Disney prior to takeover

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District board, which replaced the former Reedy Creek Improvement District, announced that a special council had discovered agreements made in February between Disney and Reedy Creek that gave direct control of the district's developmental rights to the company.
