Lake Mary considers plan to clean up West Crystal Lake

The City of Lake Mary is working on a plan to clean up West Crystal Lake, and some homeowners are being asked to pay toward the cost. On Thursday, commissioners will vote on an interlocal agreement with Seminole County to incorporate the body of water into its lake management program.
