A series of Flock license plate reader cameras have been vandalized across Central Florida in recent weeks, with incidents reported in Volusia and Lake counties as debate continues over the use of the surveillance technology. The latest incident happened Tuesday in Port Orange, where a Flock camera was found cut down along Taylor Road.
