Groveland under boil water advisory again after water treatment plant failure

Groveland residents are under another boil water advisory after a software error caused pumps at the city’s Sunshine Water Treatment Plant to shut down. The latest advisory is the second this month and comes as the city plans a more than $100 million water infrastructure project.
