ORLANDO, FLa. – As the evening continues, conditions stay quiet and mild with temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Thursday starts mild and dry, but it will turn breezy as a weak front moves through. Winds could gust between 20–25 mph at times. Afternoon highs remain warm, reaching the upper 80s to low 90s, with a slight chance of isolated showers.
By Friday, winds ease up, but a few isolated showers are still possible. Highs will stay in the low 90s.
Looking ahead to the weekend, changes are coming. Saturday will be hot and muggy, with winds picking up ahead of another cold front. There’s still some uncertainty on timing—some models bring the front in late Saturday into Sunday morning, while others suggest it arrives earlier Saturday afternoon.
The rain coverage is around 60% and may go up as we get closer to the weekend.
Either way, helpful rain is expected across Central Florida this weekend. As we get closer, forecast models should give us a clearer picture of the timing.
Many areas may see under an inch from Saturday through Sunday, while a few spots could pick up more.
