Central Florida woman shares incredible weight-loss journey April Lewis down 85 pounds since 2018
ORLANDO, Fla. – A Central Florida woman is sharing her incredible weight-loss journey in hopes of inspiring others to stick to their health and fitness goals as we kick off the new year.
April Lewis, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, said she made the decision to change her lifestyle in February of 2018. At that time, she weighed nearly 300 pounds and was pre-diabetic.
Since then, she has lost 85 pounds.
