Missing Indialantic girl found after pick-up mix-up Girl, 5, reunited with father No description found
Indialantic police searched for a missing 5-year-old for an hour after a misunderstanding over who would pick her up from school.
Police searched for Alexis George after her father told them she was not Indialantic Elementary School when he went to pick her up Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 5 p.m., Alexis was found safe with a family friend.
The family said there was a mix-up over who was supposed to pick Alexis up from school. She has been reunited with her father.
