CLERMONT, Fla. – Clermont police arrested a worker at a massage parlor after an undercover investigation revealed she was offering sexual acts for money.
Win Li He, 45, was charged Thursday with offering to commit prostitution after the investigation at the New Moon Massage Parlor on U.S. Highway 27.
Police said the investigation, which was prompted by community complaints, revealed probable cause that He was offering sexual acts for money.
He is being booked at the Lake County Jail.
