ORLANDO, Fla. – Two men were shot early Monday during a fight with a man and woman at an Orlando strip club, according to deputies.
Jose Israel Sanchez, 27, has been charged with aggravated battery with a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle and shooting from a motor vehicle.
The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. at La Palace Gentlemen's Club at 5526 S. Orange Blossom Trail.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, two 27-year-old men were struck when several shots were fired at their vehicle.
The victims drove themselves to a nearby 7-Eleven and asked someone to call 911, deputies said.
Both were taken to a hospital. One of the men was critically injured and underwent surgery, according to deputies. The other suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
