OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives have arrested two people in the slaying of Shawn Anthony Forbes.
Investigators had been looking for the individuals responsible for killing Forbes since he was shot in late December in Kissimmee.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said Forbes agreed to meet Christina Mazzucco and Chayanne Arzuaga-Aulettaa at Blossom Park Villas to allegedly sell them drugs, officials said.
A fight broke out, leaving Forbes shot by Auletta and his vehicle stolen, officials said.
Officials said Forbes' car was found hidden in a wooded area 5 miles down the road.
On Sunday, detectives conducted a search warrant and both suspects were arrested, officials said.
Mazzuco was arrestedon suspicion of murder, arson and grand theft auto.
Auletta was arrested on suspicion of murder, arson, grand theft auto, possession of controlled substation without prescription, possession marijuana over 20 grams, possession and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance without prescription, , possession marijuana under 20 grams, and possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
