Man working underneath semi at repair shop run over, killed

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man who was working underneath a semi-truck at AV Truck Services Repair Shop was run over and killed by the truck Monday afternoon.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Christian Galvan Guardado, 19, got into the semi-truck to move it out of the shop at Zell Drive and United Way, unaware that Eilio Carcao, 19, was underneath the truck doing repairs.

Troopers said Guardad put the truck in drive and ran over Carcao.

Carcao was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

The FHP said the incident remains under investigation.
