Woman shot in west Orlando Victim expected to survive
A woman was shot in west Orlando on Tuesday night, according to the police department. (WKMG)
ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman was shot in west Orlando on Tuesday night, according to the police department.
The Orlando Police Department said around 5:54 p.m., officers responded to the area of Edgemoor Street and Silverton Street after investigators heard multiple gunshots.
This is about a mile east of North Kirkman Road and just south of State Road 408.
Investigators said the victim was found with a gunshot wound and she was transported to a local hospital. She is expected to survive.
