Shots erupt between 2 groups of people in Orlando, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two groups of people walking along an Orlando road began shooting at each other, prompting an investigation, according to police.

The Orlando Police Department said shots were fired near the 2400 block of Kirkman Road at 12:12 p.m.

Police said two people were detained who may be involved in the incident. It is unclear how many people were involved.

There have been no reported injuries, according to the department.

The investigation is ongoing.
