Woman, 60, fatally struck by tractor-trailer in Orange County, troopers say Investigation underway on Orange Blossom Trail near Consulate Drive

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A woman was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer in Orange County Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the tractor-trailer was traveling north on Orange Blossom Trail near Consulate Drive when it struck the 60-year-old Warren woman around 10:10 p.m.

The woman was attempting to cross Orange Blossom Trail, but she wasn’t in a crosswalk or intersection, according to a crash report.
Officials said the woman was taken to the hospital where she later died.
The crash remains under investigation.
