Rashad Jones, the barbecue expert behind Big Lee’s – Serious About Barbecue restaurant and food truck, just won Season 3 of the Food Network’s “BBQ Brawl” show, according to WJXT.

The family of an Illinois woman who was killed while parasailing in the Florida Keys has filed a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit against the boat company.

Jones was named the “Master of ‘Cue” Monday night. He celebrated by hosting a watch party at the Ocala business surrounded by friends and family -- and gave a speech while standing with his wife and four sons. Click here to watch the video.

“BBQ Brawl” features barbecue chefs from all over the country. Nine barbecue greats went head-to-head, proving they have what it takes to whip up the best barbeque in the biz.

Bobby Flay and Michael Symon mentored the country’s most-respected barbecue challengers in a four-part competition where Jones came out on top.

Jones said on his restaurant’s Facebook page: “I must say thanks a million to the most incredible team captain, @chefanneburrell, the two most amazing teammates @don_win and @sunny_moody_grilledfit and a fierce competitor @smokequeenbbq! This journey was amazing but it wasn’t easy! I am super proud to join the ranks of BBQ Hall of Famer @leeannwhippen from BBQ Brawl Season 1 and @bluesmokeblaire from BBQ Brawl Season 2 as this season’s Master of ‘Cue! Ocala, I hope I made y’all proud!”

Along with the “Master of ‘Cue” title -- Jones will star in a series on Food Network digital.
