ORLANDO, Fla. – MEGACON is adding a fifth member of the Fellowship of the Ring to its annual convention in Orlando.
Orlando Bloom will join his “Lord of the Rings” co-stars on Saturday, March 21 as part of the four-day pop culture convention.

If you don’t know Bloom as blonde elf princeling Legolas from the “Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” films, you might know him as Will Turner from the “Pirates of the Caribbean” film series. Or as a crusading knight in the epic “Kingdom of Heaven,” or perhaps in one of his recent detective roles, like in the Amazon series “Carnival Row.”
Or maybe you know him as the voice of Mr. Raccoon in 2024’s “Peppa’s Cinema Party.”
MEGACON is offering a special Orlando Bloom Experience package that includes reserved seating for his stage show, an autograph, and a selfie.
Separate autographs and photo op tickets will also be available to buy starting on Thursday, Jan. 15.
MEGACON is one of the largest pop culture conventions in the southeastern U.S., bringing in around 160,000 people to the four-day event in 2025. The convention is based at the Orange County Convention Center.
Celebrities attending the convention this year include Bloom’s “Lord of the Rings” costars Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd.
Also attending is actor and wrestler John Cena, actress Helen Hunt, Star Trek actors Walter Koenig, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden and Brent Spiner, Star Wars actors John Boyega and Giancarlo Esposito, and more.
