According to a convention center spokesperson, the fire appears to have originated from a booth in Hall E2. Orange County Fire Rescue responded and contained the fire to the area of origin. No injuries have been reported, and the official cause remains under investigation.
“The OCCC team is working with its clients to assess the damage and restore the exhibit hall. Event attendees are encouraged to check with their event organizers for any show-specific updates”
Orange County Convention Center spokesperson
Ulta Beauty World 2026 is a two-day event featuring a Masterclass on Wednesday and an Expo on Thursday. The event is expected to draw over 3,000 attendees.
In January, millions of people waited in a virtual queue for Ulta Beauty World tickets, which sold out in minutes.
Despite the early morning incident, all other event operations at the convention center remain active.
