“After Algeri learned that her husband intended to file for divorce, she took the couple’s three children and fled,” the release reads.

Now, deputies said, Algeri and the three children are believed to be in the area of Richardson, Texas, where the individual with whom Algeri allegedly had an affair lives.

The children — identified as Ella, Roxanne and Violet Cowsert — are between 4 and 8 years old, and they’ve been separated from their father for over a year, despite the fact that he has legal custody, deputies added.

“Algeria was in the United States on a visa from Saudi Arabia and is actively avoiding contact with law enforcement and the children’s father,” the release continues. “Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of these children. They deserve the opportunity to be reunited with their father and family.”

Anyone who has seen Algeri or has information on the whereabouts of the three children is urged to contact the MCSO immediately at (352) 732-9111.
