OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Osceola County Sheriff Chris Blackmon will hold a news conference on Wednesday to announce the arrests of a husband and wife accused of operating several unlicensed assisted living facilities.
The arrests stem from a yearlong investigation by an Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detective who was first alerted to potential problems after responding to a 911 call for service, the sheriff’s office said.
