BAY LAKE, Fla. – Runners have a new chance to sign up for one of Walt Disney World’s most popular race weekends.
On Tuesday, general public registration for the 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend hit an unexpected snag. Throughout the day, runDisney shared a series of updates on social media acknowledging the technical delay issues. Around 11 a.m., the organization made it official — registration would not take place that day.

RunDisney later announced that general public registration will open on Monday at 10 a.m.
Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members got early access to registration beginning May 26.
Below is an updated list of runDisney revealed its 2026–27 calendar and registration dates:
- 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend: Oct. 22-25 (all events sold out)
- 2027 Walt Disney Marathon Weekend: Jan. 6-10 (all events sold out)
- 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend: Feb. 25-March 1
- General public registration opens June 2
- 2027 Springtime Surprise Weekend: April 15-18
- Club runDisney Registration opens June 30
- General public registration opens July 7
