Two women have filed a lawsuit against Good Samaritan Society Kissimmee Village, and said when they moved in they were never warned of the flood risk and potential dangers of the property.

Some residents in Good Samaritan Society in Kissimmee Village are being asked to find other housing arrangements indefinitely.

Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez and Attorney General Ashley Moody will be visiting Good Samaritan Village in Kissimmee to assess flood damage in the area caused by Hurricane Ian.
