Carnegie Mellon University and the Norman and Ruth Rales Foundation announced Wednesday a $116 million gift to endow scholarships for graduate students studying STEM from groups underrepresented in the fields, including racial minorities, women and first-generation college students.

NORMAN, Okla. – A Kansas State squad that lost its opener to Arkansas State two weeks ago, had its roster depleted by COVID-19, and entered Saturday's game against No. Kansas State coach Chris Klieman said he didn't know until Friday if he'd have enough players available at all position groups to play the game. Kansas State upset Oklahoma 48-41 in Manhattan, Kansas, last year, making the loss especially disappointing for the Sooners. Oklahoma outgained the Wildcats 517 yards to 400 but had four turnovers to none for Kansas State. STAT LINESIn the fourth quarter, Kansas State outscored Oklahoma 17-0.
Rattler's 4 TD passes lead No. 5 Oklahoma past Missouri St.
5 Oklahoma rolled past Missouri State 48-0 on Saturday night. Rattler, the highly touted redshirt freshman from Phoenix, only played the first two quarters and helped the Sooners take a 41-0 lead. The Sooners led 31-0 at the end of the first quarter and outgained the Bears 236 yards to 1. The Sooners held Missouri State to 136 yards and seven first downs in their first shutout since 2015. He took over a Missouri State program that went 1-10 last season.
