Orlando police investigate a fatal crash.

A crash Saturday afternoon in Belle Isle sent three people to the hospital, according to the Orange County Fire Rescue Department.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were ejected and killed after they were involved in a head-on crash in southeast Orange County Friday evening, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver died at the scene of the crash while the passenger died at an area hospital. The 50-year-old man driving the second sedan and the 50-year-old woman driving the SUV suffered minor injuries. Troopers also said that while they were investigating the fatal crash, a DUI driver plowed through the crime scene and hit a patrol vehicle.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A teen was rushed to the hospital after a stabbing in Orange County. The 16-year-old was stabbed on Ava Pointe Drive, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office said they found the victim with a stab wound and he was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Suspect information is unknown at this time, according to investigators. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
