The FHP said Daniel Dullum, 33, of Altamonte Springs, was driving a 2002 Toyota pickup truck and failed to slow for traffic that had slowed ahead of him. The back of his pickup struck the back of Netti’s Chevrolet Spark, causing it to overturn several times and ejecting Netti, troopers said.

Netti, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to a hospital where she died, according to an FHP report.

Dullum was not injured, the FHP said.

Charges are pending against Dullum, according to the FHP.
