Yes and no.

“I love the holiday season, but we need to make sure we’re being safe,” Trooper Steve said.

Trooper Steve said fake antlers on your windows and a “red nose” on your bumper are OK -- as long as they are secured properly.

“If you’re driving down a road and one of these things come off, maybe hit a bicyclist or motorcyclist, it could cause some issues,” he said. “There’s nothing illegal about these decorations, but you’ve got to be sure they stay on your car.”

As for holiday lights on your vehicle, that’s another matter.

“Lights are not to be on your car and turned on while you’re driving down the road,” Trooper Steve said.
