ORLANDO, Fla. – Today we’re talking pedestrians but not the normal type.

The question came in asking how is it legal to walk in traffic and sell things? Recently, I’ve seen an increase of this within large residential intersections.

Whether you’re in metro Orlando or sometimes even rural Seminole County, you’ll find people selling things like drinks or even flowers at an intersection.

Today’s Trooper Steve on Patrol will dive into the legality of stuff like this and, of course, my two cents when it comes to best safety practices.
