Pedestrian struck, killed on Deltona Boulevard in Volusia County Deputies investigate fatal crash near Fowler Drive

DELTONA, Fla. – A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday night in Deltona, deputies said.
The fatal wreck happened on Deltona Boulevard, prompting the closure of the roadway from Fowler Drive to Gaynor Road.
The Volusia Sheriff’s Office said an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
No other details have been released.
