ORLANDO, Fla. – The heaviest rain from Hurricane Milton is coming into Orange County now. The county is under a flash flood warning until 4:30 a.m.
Dangerous winds from the storm also forced the city of Orlando emergency crews off the roads Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Some 40,000 people are without power in the county, according to Orange County, but that number will likely go up. Both Duke Energy and OUC were anticipating higher numbers of outages by the time the storm leaves the state.
