This journey started as the Cocoa Beach Mural Project several years ago and has now built up into being the mural festival with global interaction through live streaming and online voting,” the festival’s website reads. ”A mural festival that cares about its artists while giving the town a beautiful reason for people to keep coming back.”

A three-day street party starts on Friday with a performance from Blue Diamond Band from 6 to 10 p.m.

The mural festival begins Saturday morning and ends with closing remarks and a winner announcement on Sunday at 5 p.m. People can vote for their favorite muralists online and in person.

There will also be food trucks, mural tours and a craft corner for children.
