Publix is a staple grocery chain for many in Florida, with close to 900 locations scattered across the state.
However, even more are set to open in the future.

According to the company’s store locator, 22 locations are listed as “Coming Soon,” but only one of the locations has had its opening date released so far.
That new location is set to come to Jacksonville — the city with the third-most Publix stores in the state — at 11341 Normandy Blvd. It’s scheduled to open to the public on Aug. 15.
