ORLANDO, Fla. – When it comes to food shopping, it seems a Florida staple is a favorite among Americans.
According to Consumer Reports' new supermarket rankings Lakeland-based Publix was among the top picks.

It ranked No. 2, only to be beaten by Wegmans. Trader Joe's came in at No. 3.
The supermarkets were ranked based on the quality of their produce, meat, baked goods and prepared food.
