UMATILLA, Fla. – An 18-year man was shot at a Umatilla home Friday afternoon, Lake County deputies said.
Deputies said they went to the home on County Road 450 around 2:45 p.m. after someone reported that the victim had accidentally been shot.
The man was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for his injuries, authorities said. No other details on his condition were immediately known.
Lake County detectives are still investigating, deputies said.
