TAVARES, Fla. – Tavares Police Department is searching for a suspect on Thursday in a shooting at Ingraham Park.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Richard Jennings, 20, on charges of first degree murder.

Jennings is described as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to a release.
Jennings is believed to be armed and dangerous and the public is advised not to approach him, but to immediately notify local law enforcement.
