ORLANDO, Fla. – A 19-year-old University of Central Florida student was arrested Monday on allegations of raping another student on campus.
Joseph Hernandez was arrested on sexual battery charges.

According to an arrest affidavit, Hernandez was spending the night at the student's on-campus apartment last week when the attack occurred. She accuses him of raping her after she repeatedly told him that she didn't want to have sex, the report states.
The affidavit says Hernandez apologized to the student the next day.
He was arrested after the student reported the incident.
