OCOEE, Fla. – A baby died overnight Tuesday at an Ocoee home and officials are investigating the cause of death, according to police.
The Ocoee Police Department told Local 6 on Wednesday morning that investigators were trying to determine if the death was caused by sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) or another cause.

SIDS is the unexpected, sudden death of a child, typically under the age of 1, in which an autopsy does not show an explainable cause of death.
A detective told Local 6 that the death appears to be accidental and nothing suspicious was found at the home.
No other details were immediately known.
