Dr. Phillips Center stage set in stone
300-seat theater named for Jim and Alexis Pugh
ORLANDO, Fla. – The Dr. Phillips Center construction team began pouring concrete for the new 300-seat Alexis and Jim Pugh Theater stage on Tuesday.
Jim Pugh, the Dr. Phillips Center chairman, and his wife left their hand prints on the fresh concrete of the stage.
The stage will be used by emerging performing artists will showcase their talents in theater, music, dance and more.
