Woman stole $450 worth of furniture, police say

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – New Smyrna Beach police are searching for the woman they say stole patio furniture and plants from a local business.

Police said the theft was reported at AA Garden Fusion on Flagler Avenue on Oct. 19.

The woman was caught on surveillance video taking patio furniture and plants from the store and putting them in the car, according to police.

The business owner told police the furniture, which was worth $450, was kept inside in an enclosed patio.

Police described the woman as white, having blonde, medium-length hair worn in a ponytail and a cigarette smoker. She was last seen driving a newer model Cadillac.
