Gunman who robbed Orlando Subway restaurant sought, cops say

Police: Gunman displayed firearm, took off with cash

ORLANDO, Fla. – A gunman who stole cash from a Subway restaurant in Orlando is being sought, police said.

The robbery happened at 8:50 p.m. Saturday at the Subway at 4900 Millenia Blvd.

Orlando police said the robber entered the store and displayed a firearm while demanding cash.

The gunman took off with an undetermined amount of cash. Police said no shots were fired and nobody was hurt.

Police described the gunman as a black or Hispanic male who wore all black. Police said his shoes are somewhat distinct and may be recognized by someone.
